Q: Where can I buy tickets? What kind of tickets are available?

A: You can buy tickets right on this website on the “Tickets” tab. There are general admission tickets, youth tickets, and VIP camping tickets available. Please buy your tickets here in advance to ensure you get the ones you want. Day-of tickets will be available at the Pisgah Brewing check-in site. Attendees must access Pisgah from the Hwy 70 entrance. Day-of ticket sales will close at 7PM.

Q: Where is this event taking place?

A: The Grey Eagle 25 is set to take place on the grounds of LEAF in Black Mountain, NC located on Lake Eden Road. Specifically, the stages and festival grounds are located on Meadow Green.

Q: What’s included with the VIP ticket?

A: (1) VIP Admission Ticket, Early Site Access (10AM), (1) Camping Pass/Parking Pass, (1) Sunday Breakfast, (1) Ticket To Sunday Private Show ft. Tyler Ramsey, and (1) 25th Anniversary Poster by Subject Matter Studios.

Q: What time does the festival box office close?

A: The festival box office is located at Pisgah Brewing (use Hwy. 70 entrance) and ticket sales will stop at 7PM.

Q: Where do I park?

A: All general admission ticket holders and media must either ride share (AVL RIDE, Uber, Lyft, etc.) or take provided shuttles leaving from Pisgah Brewing Company. Attendees must access Pisgah from the Hwy 70 entrance. See below for shuttle info. Only VIP ticket holders can park their vehicle on festival grounds. No tailgating at Pisgah. Carpooling to Pisgah is highly encouraged.

Q: Are shuttles available?

A: Yes! All GA ticket holders will need need to shuttle to Lake Eden from Pisgah Brewing. There is no on-site parking for GA ticket holders. Parking at Pisgah Brewing will be $10 per vehicle. Attendees must access Pisgah from the Hwy 70 entrance. Shuttles will run from Pisgah Brewing every 30 minutes beginning at 11 a.m. No tailgating at Pisgah. Carpooling to Pisgah is highly encouraged.

Q: Can I use a rideshare to get to and from the event?

A: All GA ticket holders will need need to check-in at Pisgah Brewing FIRST. If you are using a rideshare (i.e. AVL RIDE, Uber, Lyft) you will need to be dropped off at Pisgah Brewing using the Hwy 70 entrance. Shuttles will run from Pisgah Brewing every 30 minutes beginning at 11 a.m. After the festival, you’ll need to shuttle back to Pisgah for your rideshare pickup.

Q: Where do I check-in and pickup my wristband?

A: On the day of the event GA ticket holders MUST pick up your wristband at Pisgah Brewing. Attendees must access Pisgah from the Hwy 70 entrance. Alternatively, wristbands can be picked up early beginning Friday, June 28 at The Grey Eagle. VIP ticket holders will check-in at The Upper Barn (follow signs along Lake Rock Lane). Carpooling is highly encouraged.

Q: I purchased a VIP ticket that includes parking. Where do I park?

A: VIP ticket holders will proceed to The Upper Barn (located off of Lake Eden Rd — follow signs) wristband and camping/parking pass will be distributed here. Once you have checked-in you may drive your vehicle to your parking/camping spot. Carpooling is highly encouraged.

Q: I want to camp on-site, what should I do?

A: You must purchase a VIP ticket to camp. Children under 10 years old are not required to have a VIP pass to camp. Each person entering the campground must have their own individual VIP pass.

Q: Are other tent or RV camping options besides buying a VIP ticket?

A: There is a KOA campground just 5 minutes from the concert site. They offer water and electric hookups for RVs, cabins, and tent camping. Please visit their website here for further details.

Q: Will vendors be accepting credit or debit cards?

A: Yes, BUT internet can be a bit spotty on the festival grounds and cash is highly encouraged. There will be an ATM on-site (dependent on internet) and on ATM accessible at Pisgah Brewing.

Q: Can I bring a chair?

A: Yes! Chairs will need to be moved back from the front area of the stages by 8 p.m.

Q: Can I leave the festival grounds and come back?

A: Yes you can. Do NOT remove your wristband, you’ll need to be wearing a wristband for re-entry. VIP ticket holders are NOT allowed to move their vehicle.

Q: How much space do I have to camp?

A: Each camping spot is 20’x20’ and your vehicle, tent, etc. must fit inside this space. No glass and no fires! Carpooling is highly encouraged.

Q: I purchased a VIP ticket, can I bring my camper or RV?

A: The access road to the VIP camping area is winding and steep. This terrain is not accessible for large recreational vehicles. Each camping spot is 20’x20’ and your vehicle, tent, etc. must fit inside this 20’x20’ space. No glass and no fires! Carpooling is highly encouraged.

Q: When can I begin to set up my campsite?

A: The campgrounds will open at 10 a.m. Saturday for you to begin setting up camp for the festival. No glass and no fires! Carpooling is highly encouraged.

Q: Can I swim in the lake?

A: Absolutely no swimming is allowed in any of the lakes. You will be immediately escorted off property.

Q: Will there be a lost and found?

A: Yes, lost & found will operate during festival hours at the info/merch booth. Following the event, lost items will be held 30 days at the Grey Eagle Music Hall.

Q: What are acceptable forms of identification?

A: The following are acceptable forms of identification for access to and the purchasing of alcohol:

  • State-issued Driver's License

  • Passport

  • Uniformed Services ID Card

  • Foreign Driver's License

  • Expired Driver's License + State-issued Temporary [Paper] ID

Q: Will medical/first aid be available?

A: We will have medical staff on-site for the entire duration of event. Upon arrival, please take note of the location of our clearly-marked medical tents should you need to stop by during the event. If you need medical assistance, contact the nearest security guard, staff member, volunteer, or medic, or go to one of the on-site medical tents. If you're not sure whether it's an emergency or not, assume it is and get help immediately. All of our safety and medical staff are here to help you enjoy the event and make it home safely.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Leave your furry friends at home with exceptions only for service animals as specified by federal and state law. You will be required to have the necessary paperwork.

Q: I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

A: Trust us, you’re going to want to attend.

Q: Is my camera allowed into the festival?

A: Small point and shoot cameras, GoPros, and other cameras without detachable lenses are allowed into the festival.

Q: Am I allowed to bring my own alcohol?

A: No, there is no outside alcohol allowed on festival grounds. VIP ticket may bring coolers. No glass allowed. Coolers must stay at your camp site.
